It was a great honor as Needy Cancer Health Initiative members accompanied by our friends Mary Keane @Dr Isaiah Gitonga, held great discussions with Meru Senator Honourable Kathuri Murungi, also founder of Kamashinani Foundation about the Cancer menace in Meru in his office.
A meeting that was very fruitful and fulfilling. We all agreed to forge a clear way forward on how all these vulnerable cancer patients in Meru will access treatment and the basics of life.
We take this opportunity to thank our leader for the support he has accorded NCHI so far.
We thank you for understanding that this is not about politics but it’s a noble initiative geared towards resolving a serious humanitarian crisis around our nation.
Not only have you supported us in Meru but in all the events we held in Nairobi and Kirinyaga County you came in hardy.
You have portrayed qualities of a leader who is versatile, compassionate, benignant, benevolent, and above all humane to humanity.
We look forward to greater engagements with Kamashinani Foundation.
