As we work go through these life-changing monster, let us understand that almost 75% of the burden of the disease can be effectively managed in our kitchens.
Contrary to what we know and have been forced to accept, please unlearn a few things and work on diets. I would like you to understand that carbohydrates are now one of the key factors in the occurrence, acceleration, and progression of cancer cells. Keep in mind and try to follow these remedies daily.
Cut out sugar, honey, wheat and wheat products, breakfast cereals, oats, and processed fruit juices as these provide food i.e. glucose for the growth and metastasis of CA cells.
Focus on eating more proteins daily. Eat red meat daily, make it a habit of 3 to 6 eggs daily, and take bone soup at least a glass twice daily.
Supplement with nuts e.g peanuts, cashew, macadamia, etc
Cook and eat the right fats and oils. Cook in beef fat, pork fat, butter, and ghee. Use coconut and olive oils. Keep off salad vegetable and seed oils. They are more poisonous than you think
Consume less sugary fruits eg berries, local oranges, and local small mangoes. Use thorn and sweet melons, pears, plums, guava, and cactus. Keep off bananas as much as possible as they are full of starches, watermelon, grapes, and other modern fruits full of sugars.
Fast at least once a week. Fasting helps weaken cancer cells and allows the body to detox.
Eat salt. The body will remove the excess through urine and sweat. The body doesn’t remove excess sugars.
Have herbs and natural therapeutic foods. Eg turmeric, guava leaves, and soursop leaves extracts. Others like moringa and seaweeds are natural superfoods with high disease healing properties.
Drink water. Salt it too for easy entrance into the body.
Learn to eat one meal a day. Eating 3 or more times a day keeps fuelling the cells. You don’t need that. However, have sugarless coffee or tea as much as possible.
Walk, jog, light duties, bask in the morning and evening sun. Sleep for 8 hrs.
